We are looking for a Senior Client Success Manager (CSM) with experience managing strategic SaaS accounts in the mid-market to enterprise segment. This role is ideal for a relationship-driven, data-savvy professional who thrives on driving client outcomes and expanding account value. You’ll act as a trusted advisor, owning the full post-sale relationship, including regular QBRs/EBRs, on-site client visits, and accountability for Net Revenue Retention (NRR) targets—both churn mitigation and upsell expansion.
What You'll Do:

Own and manage a portfolio of high-value mid-market and enterprise accounts.

Conduct regular Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and Executive Business Reviews (EBRs) to drive alignment with client goals and showcase ROI.

Visit key clients on-site to deepen relationships, solve complex challenges, and uncover new opportunities.

Monitor and proactively manage client health, usage metrics, and satisfaction to prevent churn and drive product adoption.

Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Support to ensure a seamless client experience.

Develop and execute account growth strategies, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities to meet or exceed NRR goals.

Serve as the voice of the customer, providing structured feedback to internal teams on feature needs, product performance, and market trends.

Create and maintain success plans, executive reporting, and stakeholder communications.
What We're Looking For:

5+ years of experience in a Client Success, Account Management, or Strategic Consulting role in a B2B SaaS environment.

Proven track record of managing complex accounts, influencing executive stakeholders, and driving measurable growth.

Deep understanding of Net Revenue Retention (NRR) levers and experience owning churn and upsell targets.

Strong presentation skills and confidence leading both virtual and in-person client meetings.

Strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.

Willingness to travel up to 20% for on-site client engagements (travel within North America, valid passport is a requirement)

Experience with tools like HubSpot, ClickUp, or other CRM and Project tools considered an asset
